If you’re visiting in person (which I highly recommend), time how long it takes to get there. Was it a breeze or a battle? If it’s tricky for you, imagine how your guests will feel—especially after a few celebratory drinks!

Transport: Don’t Leave It to Chance

The phrase “just get a taxi” doesn’t work in Ibiza. The island’s taxis are famously unreliable and cannot be pre-booked, leading to late arrivals, delayed ceremonies, and guests stranded at the end of the night. Not exactly wedding magic. Choose a venue that allows for coaches or minibuses, and make transport part of your planning. A good venue or wedding planner will have excellent transport contacts to keep things running smoothly.
